BLACK OPAL ROOM TABLE BALLOT
Access to the Black Opal Room on Feature Race Day is via a ballot due to the demand. The cost to access the room on these days is based on a per person cost. This fee is redeemable on the day for use in the Black Opal Room.
Tables are limited to one per member and seat 4 or 6 people. Please note Member’s guest tickets are not included. Guest tickets (maximum two per member) can be purchased separately.

Ballot forms must be submitted by Close of Business Friday, 3 November 2023. Draw will take place on Monday 6 November 2023 and successful applicants will be contacted by phone. Payment is due Friday 10 November 2023.
The per person cost is $55
COMPLIMENTARY MEMBER’S DAY PASS
As a member for 2023-2024, you are offered one Member’s Day Pass and a general admission ticket for a guest to the following event. No late submissions will be accepted. Ballot forms must be submitted by Close of Business Friday 3 November 2023.
