BLACK OPAL ROOM BALLOT

Access to the Black Opal Room on Feature Race Day is via a ballot due to the demand. The cost to access the room on these days is based on a per person cost. This fee is redeemable on the day for use in the Black Opal Room.

Tables are limited to one per member and seat 4 or 6 people. Please note Member’s guest tickets are not included. Guest tickets (maximum two per member) can be purchased separately.

Ballot forms must be submitted by Close of Business Friday, 9 February 2024. Draw will take place on Monday 12 February 2024 and successful applicants will be contacted by phone. Payment is due Friday 16 February 2024.
