Family Focus for the TAB Canberra Cup

The return to a stand-alone day for the TAB Canberra Cup in 2020 coincides with a strong push to induce the next generation into an interest, passion or love of racing. TAB Canberra Cup Day will feature a plethora of free children’s entertainment and activities including show rides, pony rides and an appearance by Canberra Raiders club mascot Victor the Viking. With free entry for under 18’s* the day shapes as an economical and fun-filled day for families.

 
Hilarious children’s entertainers Mr. Tim & the Fuzzy Elbows will be delivering three shows throughout the day. Shows will commence at 2pm, 3pm and 5pm.  

If your little one loves animals, there’s no better place for them to be this Canberra Day than Thoroughbred Park. The unrivalled excitement of live racing is joined by pony rides and Noah’s Ark Petting Zoo. 

World-class racing with the Listed TAB Canberra Cup and the Listed XXXX Gold Canberra Guineas makes TAB Canberra Cup Day the perfect day out for all ages.
