Transport

Parking 
General admission car parking is available on course.  Rotary manage the car parking on both Melbourne Cup Race Day and Black Opal Stakes and charge $5 per vehicle.  This is then given to a charity of Rotary's choosing.

Bus
Bus routes that travel along Flemington Road divert to the racecourse on race days. It is best to ask the driver just in case.

Taxi and Uber 
A taxi and uber rank is located outside the front gates for convenient pickup and drop-offs.  Canberra's Taxi service number is 13 2227 or Silver Star Cabs 13 31 00.

Light Rail 
The Light Rail stop is located on Flemington Road, approx 500m from the entry to the course.  For your convenience we have provided a courtesy bus to pick up and drop off to and from the light rail stop on race days.

Disabled Parking 
Disabled parking is available to vehicles displaying a current sticker.

Free bus charter
A free bus on major race days will divert to the official after-party venue The Duxton in O'Connor will leave the course from 4pm to 7pm on loop.  The bus will also go to the City Interchange.
