Our non-feature race days are free admission through the gates and the Winning Post Bar is open to the general public.  TAB facillities, ATM, coffee and Snaffles Snack Bar available.

RACE DAY OPTIONS

BLACK OPAL MEMBERS ROOM

Non-members are able to purchase day passes to the Members room for $15 per person on non-feature days only.  The Black Opal Room is located on the 2nd floor of the Queen Elizabeth II grandstand and overlooks the Winning Post and grand views of the Majura, Ainslie and Black Mountains.  A TAB, bar, buffet station and amenities are located in this room. 

Bookings for a maximum of  30 guests (tables of 10) may be available and bookings are essential.  Long tables can be set for odd numbers. 

BAR TAB
A bar tab, consumption or beverage package can be organised prior to the day. 

MEMBERS DAY PASS 
A $15 members day pass is required for each guest if they are not a member of the Club.  Annual memberships are available for Full, Senior and Young Members.

BOOKING FEE 
A non-refundable $25 booking fee is required at the time of table booking. 

DINING OPTIONS 
A meal which consists of roast meats and/or a selection of Chef’s specials and available for $30 per person and includes a bread roll, main meal, dessert, tea & coffee.

3 course meals may be available dependant on other functions on course.  If this is of interest we can supply you with the menu options at your request.

DECORATIONS
If you are celebrating a special event balloons and table decorations are permitted. Please discuss with us if you would like a cake as we do not permit food to be bought into the Black Opal Room.

DRESS REGULATIONS 
Race wear attire is encouraged.  For men, a collared shirt and dress pants are required.  No Denim. Ties and jackets are not necessary. 

RACEBOOKS 
Racebooks can be pre-ordered for your table for $5 per book.

RICH REWARD OR SILKS ROOM 

On occasion there may be availability for large corporate groups or tables in an official function on race day with hospitality.  Please contact the Club for enquiries.  Sponsorship may also be available on the day.

WINNING POST BAR

Tables can be reserved in the Winning Post Bar for smaller groups, inside or outside in the Courtyard area for $100 per booking.  It is a requirement that table bookings pre-order food platters and a tab or consumption bookings can be facilitated.
